About the creators:

Chris Beckett hails from Maine. With friend and creative partner, Dan Fleming, Chris has self-published four issues of their black and white, comics & prose anthology, Warrior27. He also wrote a weekly column for the Pulse from June, 2007 until January, 2009 spotlighting small press comics and has contributed to the flash fiction sites, 50 Years From Now and Elephant Words. “Life is Funny” is his first professional comic work. Jason Copland is an illustrator of comic book stories, some of which have even been published. One of those published works includes the forthcoming one-shot comic, The Perhapanauts: Molly’s Story, being published this February from Image Comics. Osmarco Valladão is a Brazilian colourist and occasional writer of comic books. As a colourist, his work has been published in Brazil, Mexico and the United States for Digital Webbing, Bluewater Comics, Ape Entertainment, and Image’s Popgun vol.4. In Brazil, he wrote and published two graphic novels with artist Manoel Magalhaes, he Institute and The Long Yesterday. Currently, he is coloring a graphic novel for Blackline Comics, based on a short story he wrote, with art by Manoel Magalhaes. Osmarco is married and lives in a town near Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Based in South-western Ontario, Josh Aitken has been working in comics as a letterer, editor, and writer since his early twenties. Currently he is spending most of his time lettering books for Mike Bullock (The Phantom, Lions, Tigers and Bears), 4 time Bram Stoker Winner Nancy Holder (Buffy, Angel, Smallville), and shorts by Tom DeFalco and Chuck Dixon at Moonstone, Image Central and Shadowline.
